The NSW Workers Compensation team currently has an opportunity for a professional and self-motivated individual to join a dynamic team as a Premium Services Officer.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Accurate underwriting of policies and issuing of premiums within legislative guidelines
  • Managing policy correspondence within compliance timeframes
  • Providing professional communication to support working relationships with a range of key stakeholders including: Policyholders, Business Account Managers, Brokers, the Nominal Insurer, Underwriters and Credit team

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of customer focus
  • Proven problem solving ability and a keen eye for detail.
  • The ability to work well under pressure, be highly motivated and a dynamic team player
  • Have strong organisational and prioritisational skills
  • Strong IT skills, especially with Excel spreadsheets.
