Our Dealer division supplies automotive insurance products and training support to a wide variety of partners throughout Australia, ranging from major vehicle fleet companies to large vehicle manufacturers, finance companies and large dealership groups.

Allianz has an opportunity within our Dealer division for a National Account Manager who is seeking a challenging career within ‎a professional service-orientated organisation. In this role you will be responsible for managing the account and relationship for an international motor manufacturer and major automotive financier, both long-term key clients of Allianz. This will involve regular communication with the client, development and implementation of business plans, insurance sales initiatives, coordinating and implementing program reviews and maintaining and delivering sales performance/budget reports.

To be considered for this role you will have:

•    Extensive experience in the automotive dealer industry, ideally at the Group Business Manager level or having previously managed a major automotive account at a senior level
•    Proven experience in developing and managing multiple, high level business relationships
•    Experience in developing business plans and managing complex budgets
•    Experience in developing and managing sales plans and managing partner performance to achieve superior growth
•    Strong presentation, relationship management, sales and marketing skills
•    Knowledge of insurance is highly desirable

As you will be managing the account for this client, strong business acumen coupled with the ability to prioritise your workload is essential.
