Product Support Analyst Systems  | Sydney CBD | Permanent

  • Experience with insurance underwriting systems will be highly regarded

We are looking for a Product Support Analyst – Systems to join us in the Sydney CBD in a Permanent role.  This role will see you assist in the implementation of system updates for the Commercial Lines portfolio.  You will also analyse the feasibility of system improvements, raise IRs and monitor their progress and system table updates.

Responsibilities in this role also include:

  • Leading User Acceptance Testing including the development of test cases and management of issues.
  • Coordination of the bi-annual ANZSIC code review and implementation
  • Support of IT projects.

Experience required for this role:

  • Strong customer focus
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Excel/spreadsheet experience
  • Advance planning and organising/work management skills.
  • Good communication skills

It would be highly advantageous if you have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, IT or a similar field
  • Extensive experience with insurance underwriting and management systems
  • Experience working on IT Projects and/or in cross-departmental teams.
