Claims Services delivers a market leading customer experience by providing expert consultation to Direct customers, Brokers and Agents, Financial Institutions, Motor Dealers and other business partners.
Located in the heart of Brisbane's CBD our Queensland Claims Team currently have a full-time contract opportunity for a Customer Advocate to join our Motor Claims team. This area delivers a market leading experience by providing expert claims service to our customers in their time of need.
In this role, you will be making outbound calls to repairers to follow up on the progress of our customers’ repairs. You will use relationship building skills to encourage the repairer to update information at their end which will in turn give our claims consultants a clear line of sight on the repair progress.
