About the Role:

As a Senior Learning Partner, you will play a key role as part of a cross-functional team delivering multiple projects comprising Allianz's Conduct and Culture Transformation program, which will enable our core strategies and meet regulatory requirements. The position holder is responsible for the design of a learning strategy that is aligned with our overall organisational learning strategy, as well as a detailed training plan for the transformation program. The Senior Learning Partner will engage specialist learning resources and vendors to design and deliver the learning outcomes in the agreed plan.   

 

Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to thoroughly understand, plan and manage the implementation of the program learning strategy in support of the Conduct and Culture Transformation program.
  • Work closely with project managers and subject matter experts to ensure that the learning outcomes of the projects are achieved and that the program as a whole is successful. 
  • Consult extensively to gather requirements, assess viability of potential learning solutions and input training plans into project plans and budgets.
  • Design and implement measures and reporting that monitors the embedment of learning outcomes associated with the transformation program and its projects.
  • Identify and help manage interdependencies with related projects and BAU initiatives in Human Resources and across the business in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Contribute to regular reporting to management, the Board and the regulator of progress against agreed actions.

 

To be successful in this role, ideally you will have:

  • Extensive Learning & Development management experience, working in large complex and commercially driven organisations.
  • Strong background in Organisational Transformation and Change Management. 
  • Previous experience in delivering into a heavily regulated customer focussed industry.
  • Adaptability, flexibility and preparedness to work in a dynamic environment responding to emerging risks, project challenges and achieve deadlines.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (Business, Human Resource Management or Psychology).
  • Extensive stakeholder management experience and influencing skills.
  • Contemporary knowledge of learning methods and technology.
