Reporting to the Senior Manager, Customer Advocacy, this is an unique opportunity to champion the voice of the customer across Allianz, particularly for those customers who are most vulnerable. The role will work enterprise wide across all our business units.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Design continuous improvement activities that support better customer outcomes, especially for customers experiencing vulnerability
  • Use complaints data to identify and advocate for the remediation of systemic issues
  • Supporting ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Driving an industry-wide approach on key customer advocacy matters (e.g. family violence, mental health)
  • Support reporting and governance requirements

Important to your success:

  • 5-7 years' experience in effective service design / complaints management / system experience and exposure working with consumer groups with an understanding of consumer affairs and social issues (mental health, family violence, financial hardship, CALD)
  • Experience working on enterprise wide projects and exposure to performance frameworks, culture and change programs
  • Good graphic design skills including advanced PowerPoint
  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills
