Commencing as a 12 mth contract we are seeking 3 x Client Lead's who will report to a Senior Manager, Product Transformation and be responsible for leading streams of activity  that in a transformation program, translate into a more simplified customer and servicing journey. You'll work with our IT and Architecture teams to deliver functionality that's right for the business.

Responsibilities in the role:

  • Challenge the status quo to ensure the program delivers a target customer experience that can be leveraged across all channels.
  • Support the engagement with business unit representatives in program initiation, governance, development and deployment.
  • Support the development and growth of stakeholder relationships.
  • Identify and support experience improvements for customers, employees and intermediaries to support growth and efficiency.
  • Support the delivery of programs and projects on time and on budget.
  • Ensure compliance with Allianz project governance structures and other applicable internal and external risk, audit and compliance frameworks


To be successful in the role:

  • You'll have significant experience in a leadership level, customer service focussed role in a complex, matrixed general insurance organisation.
  • You'll have a good understanding of the processes within the insurance industry as well as previous process improvement experience, with an eye for simplification and efficiency of process.
  • You'll be able to demonstrate an ability to build effective relationships both internally and externally with clients, intermediaries and service providers.
  • Ability to interpret and analyse complex information, extract meaningful insights and evaluate options for decision making to
  • Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
  • Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact and influence.
