The Changer Manager - Property will be responsible for driving a people centred change implementation approach for a  multi-site office and people relocation project. The program will cover a range of people, employee experience and technology improvements with the goal of driving operational excellence. This program encompasses both physical moves and supporting employees as they change to ABW and digital ways of working.

The position also has significant responsibility in contributing to the Allianz business continuity plan, corporate environmental sustainability and the Work Health and Safety of Allianz offices.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Applying a structured people centred methodology to manage change management activities
  • Applying a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
  • Support the Property Project Team in the planning process and roll out of the property project
  • Design and support the roll out of Activity Based Working (ABW) and the cultural uplift in ‘new ways of working'
  • Conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
  • Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of culture and reinforcement programs
  • Support the design development, delivery and management of communications

To be considered for this role you will possess:

  • Experience in implementing activity based working
  • Previous experience coaching and supporting managers to increase the level of change management capability
  • Experience in tools to identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation strategies
  • Experience in working with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Experience in the creation of communication and supporting plans
  • The ability to build change engagement programs including communications, training and recognition
  • A change management certification such as PCI, Prosci etc.
