We currently have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic self-starter to join our highly successful Allianz Tailored Solutions team based in Sydney as a Product Performance and Reporting Analyst.

As the Product Performance and Reporting Analyst you will have the ability to influence and shape the reporting and analytical frameworks designed to monitor product and portfolio performance.

In this role you will be responsible for the development and management of the Allianz Tailored Solutions sales and portfolio reporting requirements. Specifically, you will work with the Allianz Tailored Solutions team and other divisions within Allianz to provide an in-depth understanding of sales and overall portfolio performance by monitoring trends and supporting initiatives that drive profitable growth for the portfolio and other key business objectives.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Analysing portfolio performance across all tailored products and channels
  • Monitoring and conducting regular investigation of the portfolio data to highlight segmentation trends
  • Working with Product managers to develop initiatives to drive growth and profitability based on portfolio insights
  • Collaborating with other Allianz reporting teams to generate portfolio insights and reports

Suitable candidates will ideally possess the following skills and attributes:‎

  • Strong communication skills (written/verbal) and attention to detail‎
  • Enthusiasm, energy and focus on delivering results
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative work ‎environment
  • Tertiary qualifications
  • Experience in Base SAS coding
  • Insurance product, pricing knowledge is not necessary but highly desired
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience in data visualisation is not necessary but highly desired
  • Strong ability to build positive and constructive working relationships across divisions with key stakeholders
