We are currently seeking a HR Program Analyst to join our Human Resources Division and support our national team.  In this role you will support the HR Program and Reporting Manager with the preparation of project, financial, compliance and HR reporting activities.

In this exciting and diverse position you will be responsible for managing the reporting process with internal stakeholders including the coordination of information, report generation and data analysis leading to process improvements. You will utilise your high attention to detail and thrive on working in a fast paced environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordination and management of the HR reporting process
  • Analyse data to report on trends
  • Design and maintain ad-hoc reports, dashboards and metrics
  • Assist with HR projects
  • Assist with general HR administrative duties as required

To be considered for this role you will possess:

  • Experience in HR data analytics
  • Advanced excel skills
  • A high attention to detail
  • A professional communication style, combined with sound written skills
  • A proactive approach and demonstrable problem solving ability
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Exposure to MS Project and change management principles (desirable)

The successful candidate will have the ability to multi-task, prioritise, meet tight deadlines and enjoy a busy workload whilst still providing superior customer service.
