Allianz is currently transforming it's HR Function and strategically invests into building a People Attraction and Talent Management (PATM) Center of Expertise (CoE) with the vision to attract, hire and develop the right talents who DARE to be part of our renewal agenda journey to win in the market. We are currently looking for a Regional Employer Branding Expert located in Australia.

This role will be part of the People Attraction and Talent Management Community which is organized around seven expertise areas (People Attraction, Employer Branding, University Relations & Onboarding, Source and Candidate Relationship, Executive, Specialist and Mass Recruiter as well as Talent Management and Talent Management Coordination).  The scope of this role includes Allianz operating entities and some global lines in the following countries: Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Laos, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan and Thailand.

As the Regional Employer Branding Expert (REB) you will be based in Australia and responsible for designing and deploying the Employer Branding strategy on a regional and local level. The REB Expert creates content and material for both online and offline usage and acts as interface for all countries/OEs in the region in regards to Employer Branding and marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define a regionally consistent Employer Branding (EB) strategy based on business needs and aligned with global frameworks and functional rules, regional workforce planning data and local specialities
  • Build a community of EB, Uni Relations (UR) and On boarding (OB) experts in the region to define and implement regional and local activities.
  • Drive the global EVP in the region by coordinating regional research activities and act as sparring partner for global team
  • Continuously exchange with local business if needs are fulfilled and derive action items out of research
  • Adjust global EVP framework, messages and visuals to market needs in alignment with the global CoE
  • Provide guidance and support to local University Relations & On boarding Experts on creation of marketing material and approach to events and target segments
  • Create marketing material based on EVP for both online and offline purposes
  • Identify OE needs for representing themselves on Allianz career website, gather content/stories and create  ready-to-publish material/formats (texts, videos, graphics etc.)
  • Contribute to globally managed social media channels by identifying relevant business stories, turning them into social media posts and deliver content to global team
  • Develop and run regional/local media campaigns on social media and/or online channels in collaboration with regional and local Corporate communications and Market Management
  • Make use of globally preferred vendors for content creation and /or select and steer local ones if needed
  • Control and manage regional budget for Employer Branding
  • Regularly benchmark Allianz activities against industry and market benchmarks on regional level and translate outcomes into meaningful insights and actions
  • Consult local experts and recruiters on Employer Branding and EVP messaging
  • Track performance and efficiency of regional/local campaigns

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Experience

  • Bachelor/Masters Degree level qualified in communications, marketing or related fields
  • 5+ years of work experience in HR-Marketing, Brand Management, Recruiting or PR/Marketing agencies
  • Project management skills and deep expertise in recruiting and HR-Marketing
  • Proven track record in marketing in general and content/digital asset creation in particular
  • Solid network within the HR-Marketing scene
  • Solid experience in steering external 3rd party providers

  • Some travel in the APAC region will be required

This role is located in Australia, preferably in Sydney or Brisbane
