We are currently seeking a HR Systems Consultant to join our Human Resources Division. Reporting to the HR Systems Manager, the HR Systems Consultant will provide specialist advice on the Preceda payroll system supporting the internal payroll team and connection to the global HRIS.

Specifically, the HR System Consultant will be responsible for Preceda system and incident management whilst also maintaining the HRIS interfaces for employee data. As part of a high performing team, you will be working in a global environment ensuring group system requirements align to local business needs and industry trends.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide accurate and timely support in the provision of support of the Preceda application
  • Issue triage and escalation
  • Maintenance of system upgrades (including the deployment of new technology)
  • Maintaining global HR interfaces (at a local level)  
  • System and/or business process analysis, design, and configuration to develop, test, and implement system solutions to support Payroll and Finance processes such as the general ledger interface
  • Acting as an escalation point for management queries

To be considered for this role you will possess:

  • Strong Preceda Payroll system knowledge and experience                      
  • Crystal report experience (desirable)                    
  • Experience with Succesfactors Employee Central will be highly regarded
  • Strong project management experience
  • Advanced PC and systems skills
