  • Lead the Talent Management function

As the Talent Manager you will contribute to the achievement of our business strategy and Human Resources strategy by developing a strong local talent pipeline with the capabilities needed in the Allianz Group today and into the future. You will be responsible for the provision of all Talent Management services with Allianz Insurance ensuring consistent and high quality delivery and close collaboration with Human Resources Business Partners and other Talent Management specialists within the Group.

This is a rewarding role and requires you to collaborate closely with a number senior stakeholders and HR professionals. Additionally you will oversee a number key relationships with suppliers, universities and industry peers.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, engaging and developing a high performing local talent management team
  • Coaching HR Business Partners and other peers on talent management related activities
  • Implementing projects, including deployment of new tools and processes locally
  • Working with colleagues to identify internal and external successors
  • Leading the internal Talent Council to increase career opportunities for identified talent
  • Overseeing Graduates, Internships and Sustainable Employment Programs 

 Ideal candidates will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • Experience in talent management or talent acquisition at a senior level
  • Significant experience with senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion   
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong personal integrity and commitment to maintain confidentiality 
  • Collaborative approach and a strong stakeholder focus
  • Ability to transition seamlessly between strategy and execution as required
  • Preparedness to attend telephone conferences outside of business hours
