The Assistant Company Secretary role is a key role with responsibility for Allianz's company secretarial function, reporting direct to the General Counsel/ Company Secretary.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare for board meetings of all relevant Allianz companies, including agendas, board papers, coordination of invitees and presenters, minutes
  • Liaison with the Board and key business stakeholders on secretariat matters  
  • Maintain all company secretarial records
  • Manage all ASIC notifications and annual company statement reviews
  • Identify and lead opportunities for improvement of governance processes

You will ideally possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Financial Services industry experience
  • ASX listed experience and/or exposure
  • Previous experience in a Company Secretarial function
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to prepare accurate documentation  
  • Exceptional attention to detail is essential
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise various tasks
