  • 12 month contract
  • North Sydney based

We currently have an opportunity within our IT Division for an experienced and motivated Executive Assistant who ‎is seeking a challenging and rewarding career within ‎a professional service-orientated organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing EA and Administration support to the CIO
  • Coordinating a small team of Admin staff
  • Managing relationships with the IT Management Team and across the Allianz network including the Executive Management Team
  • Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting with departmental projects
  • Expense management, event management and reporting
  • Preparing documents and presentations for Management meetings
  • Diary management and correspondence
  • Coordinating travel and meeting requests

To be considered for this role you will possess:

  • Strong knowledge of all MS Office applications
  • Immaculate communication skills
  • Ability to quickly build relationships across multiple divisions
  • Professional, organised and able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Motivated, energetic with a can do attitude

You will have extensive experience in an Executive Assistant role and will have highly developed verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, combined with relationship management skills and a strong customer service ethic. Your keen eye for detail, ability to anticipate the needs of your manager and to work efficiently under pressure are essential.
