The Senior Intermediated Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns that support Allianz Australia Limited's go-to-market strategy across paid, owned and earned media to drive product sales across the Intermediated portfolio, and build the Allianz brand.

Working closely with the Group Manager Intermediated Marketing, the position holder will provide general campaign support as required throughout the campaign lifecycle, including the finalisation of advertising briefs and managing operational activities with external agencies to support the production and delivery of advertising material, based on identified and compelling customer value propositions. Continuous improvement based on feedback and performance reporting to maximise return on investment is critical to the success of this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate stakeholder liaison and inputs in the development of customer value propositions and campaigns
  • Support the production and review of advertising material and creative assets prior to finalization and delivery to ensure they are accurate and consistent with the brief
  • Liaise with agencies and vendors on operational matters regarding existing campaigns
  • Regularly review campaign performance data, identify risks, issues or opportunities and escalating these as appropriates
  • Monitor the status of campaign based on the marketing calendar to ensure ongoing progress
  • Ensure all advertising materials and campaigns are aligned and consistent with the Allianz brand and customer value proposition
  • Provide general operational support to ensure the effective, timely and high quality delivery of sales and brand advertising
  • Collaborate across Market Management to deliver solutions to stakeholders that maximise the value of the Market Management function
  • Actively partner with business stakeholders to understand their business challenges and opportunities and to ensure that Market Management is represented to the highest standard across Allianz and contributes strategic value

To be successful in this role, the position holder must have:

  • The ability to work to tight timeframes and with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong track record in a creative environment
  • The ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the business
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • A minimum 7 - 8 years' experience in a marketing role
  • Experience working with advertising agencies on campaign delivery
  • Experience in executing creative in large enterprises
  • Experience in insurance industry
