We have an exciting opportunity for someone who is energetic and self-driven to join the Platform Solutions team as a Senior Business Integration Manager. Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, you will manage the end to end delivery of projects across our Broker & Agency division.

This role is Sydney CBD based, but will require regular travel to North Sydney CBD.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

  • Engage with our business stakeholders, sales partners and technology teams to understand their business objectives and define the business cases for projects.
  • Translate business needs into a clear and measurable scope of work that is aligned to the business objectives and overall strategy.
  • Develop, own and drive project plans to ensure that business outcomes are delivered. This includes management of the plan, scope, budget, stakeholders, project team, issues, risks and dependencies.
  • Manage and take responsibility for delivery of the various business artefacts required during the implementation of a project.
  • Ensure User Acceptance Test plans are completed.
  • Recommend and provide input to decisions made throughout the project lifecycle.

Change Management:

  • Lead the development and execution of the change management plans to deliver the agreed capabilities and realize the business benefits.
  • Engage, inform, influence and negotiate with stakeholders to ensure stakeholders remain committed throughout the project.

Coaching and Mentoring:

  • Provide guidance and support to stakeholders and team in relation to project and change management methodologies.

Knowledge & Experience

  • Experience leading end to end project delivery - business case development through to execution and implementation.
  • Ability to breakdown business needs systematically to explain why an initiative should be undertaken to justify organisational spend.
  • A good understanding of technology and business systems strategically and operationally.
  • Applied knowledge of project and change management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and resolve problems.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
