Client Service Manager

Allianz Australia Limited, a member of the worldwide Allianz group, is one of Australia's leading Workers Compensation insurers. A fantastic opportunity now exists for a Client Service Manager to join the Allianz Government Services team in our Sydney office.

Reporting directly into the Agency Performance and Risk Manager, you will work closely with the Risk Manager and Claims Service Managers to manage the relationship between Allianz TMF and nominated agencies. Some of your key tasks will include:

  • Account Management/managing the relationship with a portfolio of Government Agencies
    • Providing strategic operational improvement solutions
    • Setting set strategy for improvement initiatives within agencies
    • Development and implementation of Agencies Risk Management Plans
    • Coordination of services provided to agencies and stakeholders

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • 5 years Workers Compensation experience - in either a Team Leader, Account Management or Business Improvement position
  • Demonstrated ability to influence customers
  • Superior communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
  • Prior experience in account management/relationship management

Project management experience will be highly regarded, however not essential. As this role involves working with a variety of stakeholders including internal and senior external customers, strong communication and influencing skills are required.
