Our HR team are progressing through an exciting period of global transformation.   As a Business Analyst you will work closely with local and global project teams and associated stakeholders to ensure that all global and local requirements are understood, documented and delivered in order to achieve the project goals and objectives.

In this role you will act as an intermediary between HR and business stakeholders and will be responsible for identifying gaps between current and future state processes, leading to documentation and design of the new local process requirements.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

Process Analysis & Design

  • Lead, facilitate & elicit gap analysis between current and future state using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Responsible for the development of interim processes and workarounds as required to ensure an end-to-end solution can be delivered locally
  • Analytical and systems ‎thinking when ‎gathering and validating ‎requirements, recognising ‎inconsistencies and gaps ‎and working with the ‎stakeholder/s to clarify, ‎simplify and prioritise
  • Facilitate engaging and interactive workshops to achieve project goals
  • Effective stakeholder management with regular solution walk to validate understanding
  • Ensure that solutions developed meet the global and local business requirements
  • Responsible for any change requests required at a global level to support local legal, fiscal or regulatory requirements and appropriate documentation is maintained throughout the project
  • Support the delivery and transfer of knowledge and documentation throughout the HR Services transition phase

To be successful in this role will have:

  • Demonstrated Business Analyst experience in an HR environment with a proven track record in planning activities, analysis, modelling and requirements management tools
  • Effective stakeholder management with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and maintain a calm, professional and courteous demeanour throughout all engagements
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Ensure project deliverables can be transition and managed by BAU teams
  • Experience in process improvement, organisational change and policy development
  • Experience working in a global organisation is desirable but not essential
