We are currently seeking an experienced insurance professional to take on this unique opportunity and be responsible for the management of Key Customers in AGCS. The role is designed to be the conduit into all aspects of our business, including management, claims, underwriting and operations. The role will include working with other Allianz OE's both locally and globally and requires a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to manage difficult and time sensitive matters.

This is a rare opportunity to influence and shape a role with broad responsibilities and exposure. This role suits an experienced senior member of broking fraternity and/or Risk consultant looking for a new challenge.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Take ownership of a portfolio of Key Accounts and manage the relationships with our end customers
  • Responsibility for design, development and delivery of a thorough leadership program to clients
  • Support retention and development of cross class deals for clients and Allianz OE's, by working closely with our Underwriting Team
  • Work with the Operations Team to ensure timely delivery of the Global Placement Program
  • Manage Visitation schedules for clients travelling overseas
  • Provide research, data analysis and insights to support local and global initiatives
  • Support marketing & communication activities, working closely with AAL and global offices to deliver the AGCS proposition to the local market

To be considered for this role you will possess:

  • Strong credibility in the market for Relationship Management
  • Extensive Insurance experience (15+ years)
  • Self-driven and leadership capabilities
  • An ability to think outside the box and approach issues with flexibility
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident dealing with senior stakeholders
  • The ability to adapt to changing pressures and workloads
  • Ability to build relationships and networks internally and externally
