As the TIO Digital Manager, you will be pivotal in leading and further developing TIO's online presence. Through understanding customer needs and requirements, you will drive optimisation of the TIO website and enhance the interaction with our customers and community across digital channels.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Developing content for our online channels, ensuring consistency and user centricity for all online touch points.
  • A strong focus on online conversion and website optimisation (knowledge of website tracking and testing tools e.g. Optimisely, ClickTale, TeaLeaf etc… is desirable).
  • Monitoring and improving SEO for the TIO website
  • Online channel reporting (intermediate to advanced skills with Google Analytics is required)
  • Assisting with TIO's digital marketing / advertising and SEM
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with digital agencies and various divisions within TIO to ensure engagement and delivery of outcomes.
