We are currently seeking an experienced Case Manager/Senior Case Manager to join us in a full-time permanent capacity.

Based in the heart of Darwin's CBD, this role will provide you with the opportunity to apply your customer service experience and industry knowledge as the first point of contact for all Workers Compensation claims enquiries. You will provide a high standard of customer service and manage claims in a timely and cost effective manner from initial contact to finalisation.

The successful applicants will also provide assistance, support and guidance to trainee team members in relation to processes and procedures, service standards and TIO policy knowledge.

To be successful in this role you will‎ have: ‎

  • Previous claims management experience or experience in a complex Customer Service environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • The ability to manage conflicting priorities and work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • A high attention to detail‎
  • The capacity to thrive in an environment which promotes accountability and ownership of assigned tasks
  • Confidence using a variety of systems and software packages
  • Well-developed PC skills, good ‎organisational & time management skills
