We currently have an exciting opportunity within our business for a highly motivated Sales and Distribution Analyst to join this prestigious division.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead, manage and execute all sales reporting & planning for both local management & regional / global requirements.
  • Act as the regional ‘Power User' for Salesforce.com responding to local, regional and global needs. Also provide ongoing training to users and resolving issues.
  • Work with Global Broker partners to develop & support growth initiatives, data requirements and leverage carrier agreements
  • Provide research, data analysis and insights to support local and global initiatives including TCC NPS and other ad hoc CUO needs.
  • Support marketing & communication activities, working closely with AAL and global offices to deliver the AGCS proposition to the local market
  • Steer strategic projects and manage business-wide initiatives which are directed by the CEO, AAL or AGCS Group.  
  • Provide executive support to CEO, Head of Market Management & Regional Managers where necessary (e.g. presentations, research, board papers etc.)

To be considered for this role you will possess:

  • Salesforce.com experience
  • Extensive General Insurance experience
  • Experience managing and analysing large sets of data
  • An ability to think outside the box and approach issues with flexibility
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Comfortable dealing with senior management
  • The ability to adapt to changing pressures and workloads
  • A team oriented approach
