Account Manager - Workers Compensation

In our ACT division you will work in a team that sells, underwrites and manages Workers' Compensation claims.

As an Account Manager/ Production Underwriter your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a portfolio of profitable Workers' Compensation business through allocated intermediaries
  • Developing and implementing sales plans in conjunction
    with branch retention and new business objectives
  • Assessing the risk, managing pricing and underwriting the opportunities

To be successful in this role you will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Workers' Compensation experience
  • Experience in business development or account management, with solid relationship building skills
  • Experience in long tail underwriting or claims management would be ideal
  • A strong analytical capability coupled with excellent verbal and written communication is essential
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded but not essential
