Our Market Management division acts as the voice of Allianz customers, strengthening our brand management and customer centricity throughout the organisation.

We are seeking a Digital Optimisation Specialist to join our high performing Digital team based in Sydney.

Reporting to Manager Digital Platforms, this role will manage the design and implementation of our Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) roadmap, identify new opportunities to improve online conversion, and run targeted A/B tests to determine future online enhancements.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute an integrated sales optimization approach to support overall business and product strategies
  • Optimise Allianz Australia digital sales experiences to drive the achievement of revenue targets through digital channels
  • Work closely with the Web Analytics Specialist to diagnose and explore customer problems, identifying high drop outs, optimisation opportunities and points of customer dissatisfaction
  • Partner with the Digital Specialist UI/UX to prototype, wireframe and design user interfaces for testing and implementation based on an analysis of the customer experience
  • Collaborate with Allianz Digital and Customer Experience stakeholders to understand the end-to-end customer journey and make recommendations regarding website design and user experience to personalise the customer experience and maximise conversions across key customer journeys
  • Develop and implement the new experiences to improve conversation rates
  • Work in partnership with other teams in Allianz Digital as well as Technology, Technical and Distribution to improve our eCommerce usability and capability to achieve our sales revenue targets
  • Report on initiatives performance (inflight and post implementation reviews), providing insights and recommendations to lift sales and conversion rates
  • Utilise the full Adobe suite of products including Adobe Analytics and Target to run market leading A/B and Personalisation tests, aimed at serving amazing Digital experiences

To be successful in this role, the position holder must have:

  • Proven ability to deal with and influence stakeholders at all levels within an organisation
  • Highly developed interpersonal and people management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • The ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for online user experience
  • 4 + years' experience in CRO preferably in the finance industry
  • Experience with Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
  • Experience with DMP (Adobe Audience Manager preferred)
  • Ability to analyse data and user behaviour insights to create experiments
  • UX design experience ideal
