About the Role:

As the HR Program Support Analyst, you will be rsponsible for coordinating the update of HR employment contracts / letters using the Thunderhead system (document composer tool) whilst working closely with the HR Services Team Leader and IT to deliver the project.   You will also be responsible for creating project documentation including scope, project plan, initiative request and business specification documents as well as conducting a gap analysis and driving project delivery.

Responsibilities of the role include and you will ensure that:

  • Gather project requirements to create scope and project plan documentation
  • Submit IT Initiative request working with IT to understand key milestone and delivery dates
  • Conduct gap analysis between existing system content / configuration and new business needs documenting details in business specifications for provision to IT
  • Complete any testing requirements and train HR Service team in Thunderhead tool
  • Support HR Services Team Leader with revamp of HR WIKI
  • Provide other HR generalist support to the HR Operations team as required.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 5+ years' experience in HR in a corporate and/or consulting environment
  • Project/change management exposure
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a strong customer focus outlook
