That is why we are continuing to innovate our Injury Management, Health and Wellbeing services in CTP  nd have identified an opportunity for a permanent position for a Senior Injury Management Specialist, based in Adelaide.

Reporting to the National Manager, Injury Management, Health and Wellbeing, you will use your strong leadership skills to lead, empower and support Injury Management Specialists (IMS) to optimise claims outcomes, through a person centred approach to customer experience.

As a Senior Injury Management Specialist, you will be accountable for: 

  • Developing and driving innovation which enables consistent delivery of improved customer experience, social and health outcomes.
  • Implementing robust and agile processes to support best practice of evidence and outcomes based injury management interventions.
  • Embedding a holistic, person centred approach within injury management, health and wellbeing services.
  • Proactive analysis and identification of improvement opportunities and claims performance optimisation.  
  • Providing allied health expertise and support to claims teams and Injury Management Specialists with focus on early, empathetic intervention and customer experience.
  • Actively contributing to the delivery of strategic innovation opportunities across the CTP business, promoting entrepreneurial orientation and strategic thinking.
  • Building on the quality assurance and compliance framework to ensure continuous improvement and appropriate controls are maintained.
  • Lead by example in enacting the Allianz Customer Experience Principles through person centric communication and engagement with all customers.

You will work within a supportive team environment and have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and contribute to strengthening our injury management framework.

Required Criteria:

  • Tertiary qualification or. demonstrated experience in an Allied Health field is desirable (e.g. Occupational Therapy/Psychology/Nursing/Social Work/Physiotherapy/Rehabilitation Counselling)
  • Highly developed and demonstrated skills in project and change management, as well as influencing and negotiation skills and fostering relationships
  • Demonstrated experience in personal injury, disability or health industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, along with demonstrated planning skills
  • Highly developed lateral thinking, analytical and decision making skills.
  • High level attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability in coaching and mentoring

Desirable Criteria:

  • Demonstrated change leadership skills
