Allianz is looking for a (Senior) Manager, Website & Digital Platforms to join the Market Management Digital team on a fixed term engagement for a period of 12 months and more. Reporting into the Group Manager, Allianz Digital, you will lead a team responsible for. the delivery, management and optimisation of Allianz.com.au and other owned platforms, including workbenches, driven by a deep understanding of web and customer experience analytics. Along with this, you will also lead the roll out of our global Adobe Experience Cloud platform and new global brand experience (UI/UX).

Bringing forward your up-to-date understanding of the digital platforms and customer centric design principles in UI /UX along with your ability to adapt and responds to a dynamic environment, will see you contribute to Allianz's broader Digital First strategy by creating a strategic vision for the transition of offline sales and service to an online environment, and delivering signature digital experiences through contemporary UI and UX interfaces. Other responsibilities are across the identification, design and development of apps and associated platforms to improve sales outcomes and enhance the customer experience.

Key responsibilities for the role:

  • Lead delivery of the overall Digital and User Experience (including usability and brand) strategy and monitor. and refine the impact on sales through Allianz and partner sites whilst working  closely with Customer Experience team to create signature digital customer experiences and to align with strategies to win, retain and grow customers
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand their requirements and strategic drivers, and translate this into requirements for Allianz's digital strategy
  • Lead the roll out of the global Adobe Experience Cloud platform and new UI/UX
  • Shares strategic insights and priorities within the team to ensure they are reflected in digital platform design and management
  • Manage team resources, including estimates, workload and prioritisation to ensure successful delivery
  • Take overall accountability for the quality of output and delivery of digital platforms, including managing vendor. performance as relevant and ensure internal and external customers have a positive "Allianz Experience", including timely communications, quality of service, and management of expectations for. new development and problem resolution
  • Lead the team in the consideration of modular approaches to UX design, reusing and sharing components across solutions to ensure consistent designs and user / customer experience
  • Manage and maintain a strategic and operational working relationship with IT, including liaison regarding technical requirements, service standards and warranties
  • Manage, support and develop the Digital Platforms team to ensure that they are exposed to global best practice and organisational networks, and oversee the delivery of projects and BAU across the function to ensure high standards and timely delivery that adds value to business stakeholders
  • Role model collaboration across Allianz Digital and Market Management to deliver solutions to stakeholders that maximise the value of the Market Management function
  • Develop a culture of actively partnering with business stakeholders to understand their business challenges and opportunities and to ensure that Market Management is represented to the highest standards across Allianz and contributes strategic value       

Ideal candidate profile:

  • A minimum 8 - 10 years' experience in a similar or related role
  • Leadership experience in Digital and User Experience engagements, establishing customer expectations and delivering quality artefacts as a framework for project delivery
  • Adobe Experience Manager implementation and management experience                      
  • Proven track record in leading people and design thinking and customer journey mapping           
  • Strong Experience in reviewing wireframes, storyboards and system user interface flows in a corporate, environment   

Desirable

  • Experience in a similar role related to Digital Delivery either as a consulting role, or internally focused delivery role
