About the Role:

Reporting into the General Manager, Automotive & Mobility, the Product Delivery Manager is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract Opportunity and is responsible for delivering programs and projects on time and on budget.  Within this role, you will ensure compliance with Allianz project governance structures and other applicable internal and external risk, audit and compliance frameworks. You will also be responsible for managing key relationships with our business partners and underwriting agencies, ensuring we meet our financial targets.

Further Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure customer needs are reflected in our product and pricing to profitably maximise customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive better consumer motor outcomes that meet both targets and customer needs
  • Work together with partners and underwriting agencies to ensure they are well informed of the product strategies including changes to the product, underwriting framework and pricing
  • Ensure inquiries from partners and underwriting agencies are handled with reference to financial and underwriting objectives of the product
  • Manage and provide technical advice on new tenders, portfolio transfers, schemes or other non- standard rating arrangements
  • Run adherence to accurate product and technical content through completion of Document Compliance tasks                                                                                           
  • Identify and develop communication platforms to increase the knowledge of partners and underwriting agencies on Consumer Motor trends and issues.

To be successful in the role, you will have;

  • Bring forward 5 plus years Motor Experience
  • Demonstrated experience working across a large portfolio management
  • Proven experience working across Product Coverage, Risk Assessment, Pricing, Reinsurance
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Agility and adaptability along with experience in leading and supporting change
