About the Role:

The Senior Product Lead - Adobe Marketing Suite is responsible for leading the delivery and long-term operations uplift of Allianz Australia's Marketing Technology capabilities. This is specifically focused on our Group OneMarketing platform based on the Adobe Marketing Suite.

Reporting to the Senior Manager – Market Management Capability, the key objective for this role is to partner with our local and Allianz Group business IT and Market Management stakeholders and teams, as well as with our vendor Adobe.  The successful applicant will be responsible for transitioning and delivering value to Market Management from the Marketing Capability functions, acting as the delivery stakeholder and product lead for OneMarketing/Marketing Suite.

Pivotal to success, will be liaison with our local and group IT functions for the delivery of new features, enhancement of existing functionality, resolution of defects and day to day management of the technology operations in Market Management.

In this role, you will deliver the following objectives and deliverables:

  • Champion Capability strategy to manage the delivery of the overall Marketing Suite through Allianz Australia.
  • Manage the transition to Marketing Suite capability and the delivery of signature digital customer experiences.
  • Monitor deployed platforms to ensure operational metrics are being met.
  • Co-ordinate with Allianz Group and key vendor Adobe to ensure ongoing support, training and enhancements.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to understand their needs. Translate this into requirements for internal and external capability partners.
  • Provide resource and project planning and deliver to project outcomes.
  • Ensure quality of delivery and output of digital capability, including managing vendor performance as relevant, managing all digital deliverables through SDLC and project lifecycles.
  • Integrate insights from multiple sources and channels to develop insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of Marketing Suite platforms, working across stakeholder groups to identify and develop capability enhancement programs.
  • Manage and maintain working relationships with IT and the business to translate Capability business requirements into best practice capability
  • Monitor and solicit feedback regarding workbenches to identify opportunities for optimisation

About You:

The successful applicant will possess the following attributes, skills and experience:

  • Adobe Digital Marketing suite project delivery experience
  • Experience in liaising with business stakeholders that are geographically separate
  • Experience in transiting from program of work to operational business
  • Technical background in Adobe products
  • Knowledge and understanding of Digital Marketing
  • Knowledge and experience in translating business requirements to internal and external capability partners
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving and attention to detail, including the ability to process and analyse complex information and data
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in Agile Software Development methodologies.
