About the Role:

The Senior HR Business Analyst will be working across multiple HR teams, driving the rollout of SuccessFactors and all associated processes contributing to its successful implementation across the organisation.   

You will be working closely with a number of different project teams, as well as other key stakeholders to ensure that all global and local requirements are understood, documented and delivered in order to achieve the project goals/objectives. The role will act as an intermediary between HR and business stakeholders and will be responsible for identifying gaps between current and future state processes leading to documentation and design of the new local process requirements.

 

Responsibilities of the role include:

SuccessFactors

  • Contribute to the successful implementation of SuccessFactors and act as its Subject Matter Expert (SME), covering multiple modules including:  Employee Central, Talent, Performance, Variable Pay, Compensation, recruitment and Onboarding modules.
  • Communicate and work closely with HR team members and other stakeholders to develop, test, implement, promote and support end-to-end solution development aligned to the global rollout.
  • Actively involved in the UAT cycle working as required on defect management, prioritisation and resolution.

Process Analysis & Design

  • Lead, facilitate & drive gap analysis between current and future state using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring appropriate engagement of stakeholders in improvement initiative development and deployment.
  • Responsible for the development of processes required to ensure an end-to-end solution meet the global and local business requirements, using innovative methods for dealing with organisational problems.
  • Facilitate workshops to develop creative and practical solutions which are customer centric.

Delivery & Change Management

  • Deliver improvement initiatives on time, ensuring compliance with project governance structures and other applicable internal and external risk, audit and compliance requirements.
  • Responsible for the delivery and transfer of knowledge/documentation during the transition to the run teams.
  • Work closely with the project team to support a successful rollout through change, training and communications.

 

To be successful in this role, ideally you will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of Business Analysis experience, with primary focus in HR Project implementations including SuccessFactors rollouts.
  • SAP SuccessFactors experience across the following modules: Employee Central, Talent, Performance, Variable Pay, Compensation, recruitment and Onboarding.
  • Strong background Project Management and Change Management.
