 About the Role:

Our Human Resource Division is currently seeking an experienced Leadership Development Coordinator to join the team on a 6 month fixed term engagement. Reporting into the Leadership Development Manager, you will contribute to the successful implementation of Allianz's leadership development programs. You will support and work closely with leaders across the organisation and ensure the leadership program is successfully delivered.

Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Demonstrate behaviours consistent with the Allianz People Attributes  (Customer and Market Excellence, Trust, Collaborative Leadership and, Entrepreneurship);
  • Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate leadership courses, training logistics and manage the leadership calendar;
  • Timely up-keep and coordination of the internal LMS together with our offshore partners;
  • Ensure LMS content is kept up to date and subject matter experts are leveraged to ensure accuracy and relevancy;
  • Work with the AllianzU Manager to provide periodic reporting on learning history, assessment results and follow up solutions;
  • Answer queries and provide advice to the organisation to support leadership and talent related programs;
  • Develop strong relationships with internal (Talent team, HR Business Partners, Learning Team) and external (training facilitators, assessment/coaching providers, venue/catering providers) stakeholders;
  • Work with the AllianzU Manager to continuously improve leadership programs.

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • Experience working in an administrative role or an event coordination role within a corporate environment;
  • Outstanding coordination, time-management, and organisational skills;
  • Organising logistics for meetings/workshops/events and functions;
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with senior leaders;
  • Self-driven with high attention to detail;
  • Able to take initiative and the responsibility for getting things done;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects at once;
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prior exposure to a learning and development function within a medium to large HR team.
  • Interest and aptitude to progress a longer term career in leadership development.
  • Experience using SuccessFactors or similar LMS.
