Reporting to the Enterprise Collaboration/Content Management Team Leader, an exciting newly created role of Analyst Programmer (Collaboration) is now available within our IT division based in our state-of-the-art North Sydney office.

About the Role:

As our new Analyst Programmer you will be responsible forinstalling, upgrading and maintaining our Content and Collaboration tools such as Aptean, Adobe, Atlassian, Alfresco, and Webex.  Providing exceptional second level support for various systems including Facilities systems including managing Webex, AirMedia, Cruiser and Smartsign queries will also be pivotal to this role.

You will provide user assistance training around our suite of products, whilst providing ECM related production support and enhancements, as well as evaluating and assessing new collaboration tools and the development and maintenance of system integrations.

You will deliver the following role objectives and deliverables:

  • Work collaboratively with team members from other areas within Allianz IT, including Software Developers, Project Managers, Testers and Architecture to proactively identify customer pain points and suggest process improvements to management.
  • Configure, script and develop code related to ECM technologies that provide tangible business value to Allianz
  • Ensure security of all ECM configuration, scripts and source code that the role is responsible for through the use of SVN
  • Pro-actively identify and escalate risks and issues in relation to the use of ECM technologies
  • Record measurements relating to ECM configuration, scripting and coding activities (time & cost) and actively suggest efficiency improvements
  • Measure quality of ECM solutions and continuously explore improvement opportunities

About You:

You will be a savvy and experienced administration and change-management specialist, used to working within a large IT division, within a large complex business, already seasoned with programming, application design and change management in large IT environments.

In this role, you will bring your hands-on experience working with API, REST/JSON, SOAP and modern integration methodologies and tools.  You will also be able to use your high level Java programming and scripting skills.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience with Aptean and Adobe Campaign Classic marketing solution and collaboration tools, including Jive Office 365.
  • Solid experience using Agile/Scrum development projects
  • Experience with Aptean and Adobe Campaign Classic marketing solutions
  • Previous experience working within a large Financial Services or Insurance organization.
