We are currently seeking a Customer Service Officer in our Sydney office.  You will be responsible for providing effective customer service for all customers by using knowledge of company products and services. You will be required to assist customers by providing information in response to questions and concerns via phone and email.

Expert communication and listening skills are a must for this challenging and rewarding position which is often the “face” of the company to the customers. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer enquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, hardworking and thrives in a fast-paced environment and that can:

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively resolve customer queries
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Be a proactive team player who demonstrates the ability to contribute and foster a positive team environment
  • Be able to take phone calls while processing and managing your workload
  • Previous experience in a Customer Service role
  • Sound problem solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues quickly and accurately whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Demonstrated experience in solving complex business issues with the balance of strategic thinking and pragmatism
