An exciting opportunity has arisen within the HR division for an accomplished and results-focused Engagement and Employee Experience Specialist to be appointed at our Market Street, Sydney CBD office.

We are seeking an energetic and passionate professional who is motivated by making a difference as our Engagement and Employee Experience Specialist. As part of our newly created People Centre of Expertise in HR, this high impact role leads the design, implementation and evaluation of an annual engagement and employee experience program that contributes to the achievement of Allianz's business strategy and HR plan by embedding our People Attributes and culture.

Key responsibilities include:

  • execution of Allianz's engagement survey, coordination of engagement action planning and driving overall effectiveness and impact  
  • designing and implementing Allianz's recognition program which includes leading the annual Aspire award process and event organisation; implementing an online ‘Appreciate' recognition portal and supporting everyday recognition efforts through ‘Acknowledge'
  • working as part of cross-functional teams to deliver globally agreed engagement and employee experience programs
  • designing, managing and evaluating local engagement and employee experience initiatives including Allianz's annual Expo events held in most capital cities of Australia
  • working collaboratively with colleagues to embed our employee value proposition (DARE) and values (People Attributes) across the employee life cycle and within internal and external communications

 Essential capabilities include: 

  • Tertiary qualifications in organisational psychology, commerce or a related discipline
  • Experience in employee engagement, employee experience and/or customer experience 
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, communication and influencing skills
  • Collaborative working style, ability to build trust and achieve results through others
  • Strong analytical capability, project management and change management capability
