As an Allianz Case Manager you'll play an active role in ensuring the smooth management of Workers Compensation claims from beginning to end. Your efforts will directly improve our customer's professional lives and general well-being. This is a role where you will be dealing with people who are experiencing hard times, unable to work and requiring support along their rehabilitation journey back to health.

Your job is to deliver a positive customer experience with your individualised and empathetic approach.

As someone who builds excellent relationships, you'll help individuals, engaging with them and their workplace on what is often a complex and challenging claim process. Along the way, you'll educate all of our customers on what will happen at each stage and support them in sustaining a return to work and health.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting customers step-by-step through our Case Management and Injury Management programs
  • Handling personal and confidential information with the upmost sensitively
  • Respectful and supportive written and verbal customer communications
  • Nurturing customer relationships and creating positive experiences
  • Responding to enquiries empathetically, respectfully and with integrity

  • A drive to go above and beyond when assisting customers and colleagues
  • Year 12 equivalent education or a tertiary qualification is highly desired
  • (Allied Health, Rehabilitation, Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy qualifications will be viewed favourably)
