Due to our continued investment in our Line2 Risk & Compliance capability and capacity an exciting newly created opportunity has arisen for a Program Manager.  Located at our Market Street, Sydney CBD office the role will report to Head of Risk & Compliance Strategy.  This role is responsible for co-ordinating the scoping, planning, management and execution of multiple related projects ensuring they are aligned to the divisional and organisational strategy.

By establishing and maintaining strong relationships with peers and divisional leaders you will ensure effective divisional and cross departmental cooperation relating to program delivery.

Key Role Objectives:

  • Engage and consult with divisional management in the development and delivery of projects in alignment with goals, time frame, ‎funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing actions, staffing requirements and allocation of resources‎
  • Define a clear and agreed roadmap for programs, including schedule of deliverables, milestones and required tasks‎
  • Communicate plans, status and issues to higher levels of management in a timely manner
  • Ensure all divisional actions are successfully monitored, documented, tracked, reported, integrated and implemented on time, budget and to agreed specification
  • Review estimates and project budgets for accuracy and actively monitor costs to meet targets 
  • Run multiple work streams using agile methods and tools
  • Manage application of appropriate quality assurance discipline to ensure solutions are embedded across the organisation
  • Monitor progress against plan and effectively manage any deviations with relevant visibility
  • Design and deliver executive reporting for the programs of activity
  • Actively work to identify and promptly resolve risks and issues, and ensure appropriate mitigations are in place
  • Develop change management plans to deliver and embed changes across workstreams

About You:

The successful applicant will be an inquisitive and results driven individual and possess the following experience and skills:

  •  At least 10 years' experience in a similar role within Financial Services
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or Project Management
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and ‎maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence
  • Ability to communicate and influence stakeholders to design to quality and deliver to plan
  • Solid demonstrated project management skills with ability to multitask and manage multiple small to ‎large projects in a cross-functional environment involving business process change
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills at all management levels
  • High attention to detail with an outcome focus
  • Proven facilitation and agile skills with experience running workshops, standups with multiple stakeholders across the business
