Our Dealer division supplies automotive insurance products and training support to a wide variety of partners throughout Australia, ranging from major vehicle fleet companies to large vehicle manufacturers, finance companies and large dealership groups.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join Retail Distribution CTP/Dealer Team in VIC as an enthusiastic Account Manager.  The role offers a high degree of autonomy and requires you to be a champion in the area of strengthening relationships and compliance with our large franchised motor dealer partners.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with Dealer Principals, Business Managers and other major stakeholders within a set group of Multi Franchise Dealerships
  • Assisting franchised Motor Dealers to understand the value proposition of Allianz insurance products  
  • Conducting regular compliance monitoring and training within Dealerships
  • Ensuring sales and customer satisfaction objectives are met for an existing portfolio of Dealers
  • Working with dealerships to identify income opportunities

Ideally you'll have:                                                                                                                  

  • A passion for building relationships and rapport at all levels
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong resilience
  • Strategic selling experience
  • Strong self-motivated work ethic
  • Experience in an Account Management role where you demonstrated stakeholder and portfolio management
  • An understanding of Franchised motor dealers (preferable but not compulsory)
