Senior Change Manager

We are looking for a Change Manager with deep change management experience to join our team. We are embarking on a large and complex program of work that will drive change across our organisation. The program comprises a set of initiatives focused on transforming our culture and conduct, and will deliver new systems, processes and ways of working. The Change Manager will design and execute change and communication activities in partnership with our business teams to ensure that a considered and consistent approach to change is experienced by all employees.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design an end-to-end program level change management approach, including stakeholder analysis, business impact assessments and readiness plans
  • Guide and lead change managers who are supporting individual change initiatives and provide assurance of change management activities and interventions
  • Address any potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate concerns
  • Ensure that readiness assessments are conducted
  • Work with the project teams and initiative change managers to integrate change management activities into the overall program plan
  • Lead and support the creation of the measurement mechanisms to track adoption, utilisation and proficiency of individual changes
  • Lead and support the relationship with other group-wide specialists e.g., Communications, in the formulation of particular plans and activities to support project implementation
  • Engage with leaders and partner with managers to support employees' transition to new ways of working

Experience required to be successful:

  • Demonstrated experience supporting a similar culture transformation program
  • Proven hands-on change delivery experience using change management methodologies and tools that are robust and fit-for-purpose
  • Results-driven team player who thrives on working with others to solve complex challenges - particularly across diverse business units
  • Superior communication and delivery skills enabling you to influence and establish credibility with stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, establishing good working relationships with colleagues at all levels
  • The ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations and across large complex environments, whilst prioritising your work under pressure
  • Professional, pragmatic and customer focused
  • Tertiary qualifications, preferably in business and/or change management, with 5+ years' experience in a similar position
  • Change management certification e.g., PCI, Prosci
