Business Services Onboarding & Integration Specialist

  • Provide partner onboarding, portfolio transfer & integration support for sales accounts

We have a fantastic opportunity in the Business Services team within our Sales & Distribution division. Reporting to the Sales Enablement Team Manager, you will join a team that is committed to providing consistent high levels of customer service to our sales force and their customers throughout the onboarding, portfolio transfer & change process and beyond.

The Specialist provides support to sales accounts within our Broker & Agency, Financial Institutions and Dealer business units. You will primarily be responsible for providing end-to-end management of new business acquisition through the portfolio transfer process, and coordinating new business go live. The position underpins the sales teams' objectives with personal, technical and project oriented skills to achieve outstanding relationships and financial results.

Key responsibilities include participating in:

  • End to end planning, coordination and management of the new partner onboarding process
  • Early escalation of potential issues
  • Setting up controls and monitoring risks to ensure the smooth transition of portfolios
  • Providing support for key initiatives in Sales & Distribution
  • Reporting and forecasting
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
