An exciting opportunity has arisen and we are seeking to employ a Team Administration Assistant to join our Finance division based in Sydney CBD on a Full Time Permanent basis.

Reporting to the Executive Assistant – Finance, the role will provide administrative support to our busy but engaging Finance team, including several divisional managers and assist them to deliver effective operational leadership across their teams.

The successful applicant will manage the following: 

  • Review of diary and requests for meetings via email.
  • Assisting with preparation of management and board reports and presentations
  • Diary management and scheduling of meetings
  • Assisting with some travel bookings as required
  • Assisting with meeting agendas and minutes
  • Event management and coordination
  • Supporting the Executive Assistant with adhoc business support requirements
  • Assisting with on boarding and technology set up for new employees

Our ideal candidate will be a polished and accomplished Office Manager or Administration Assistant who has supported more than one manager, with around 3-4 years of experience from a similar role.
