  • Broker and Fleet CTP portfolio
  • Mobile role covering Wollongong, Canberra/Goulburn and South Coast

We have an opportunity for experienced Commercial Insurance sales professional to join our CTP & Dealer team. The successful applicant will have a high degree of autonomy in strengthening relationships with a number of key business partners including large strategic brokers, agents and fleet customers.

 

As an Account Manager, you will achieve budgeted sales, business targets and to grow the Fleet and Broker NSW CTP business within a portfolio through the management and implementation of marketing, sales strategies and business relationships within Brokers, Agents and fleet customers whilst meeting sales processes and compliance requirements.

In this role you will be responsible for: 

  • Responsible for the retention of a portfolio of Accounts
  • Growing the Broker and Fleet CTP business in NSW by managing a portfolio of existing partners and bringing new partners on board
  • Managing a portfolio of accounts including Brokers, Agents and Fleets
  • Maintaining relationships with key executives within strategic partners
  • Ensuring that insurance sales and customer satisfaction objectives are met for an established portfolio
  • Retaining all existing CTP accounts and maintain volumes of business and develop new business opportunities with existing accounts
  • Capitalising on new business opportunities to maximise insurance income 

The successful candidate will have: 

  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Sound sales and negotiation skills
  • Motivation, initiative and results drive
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Basic to intermediate skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and technology
  • Previous experience dealing with Insurance Brokers (desirable)
  • Previous General Insurance experience (desirable)
