Our Market Management division acts as the voice of Allianz customers, strengthening our brand management and customer centricity throughout the organisation.  Due to an internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has become available for a Marketing Campaign Analyst to be appointed.

About the Role:

The Campaign Build Specialist is responsible for the generation of customer lists for targeted multi-channel, multi-step campaigns, working closely with relevant analytics, IT and marketing teams to implement efficient and accurate data processes that optimise the number of customer contacts, sales, renewals and profitability from targeted campaigns.

The position holder applies business rules and modelling insights defined in campaign briefs to develop effectively targeted campaign lists with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.

The Campaign Build team works across multiple campaigns and portfolios to translate campaign briefs into customer contact lists executed in the relevant channels focused on both Retention (Proactive and Reactive, Saves and Win Backs) and Customer Growth (Cross Sell, Up Sell, Ad Ons).

About You:

The successful applicant will have worked within a similar Marketing Campaign Analyst role previously with a key focus around campaign build and modelling to support new products, retention, cross sell and other promotions and programs.

Strong capability in using SQL for language and formatting is absolutely paramount as well as excellent skills and proficiency with using SAS for data viewing and manipulation of campaign data. 

Other key skills and attributes:

  • Advanced resource planning, scheduling, prioritisation and delivery skills  Experience with a marketing technology stack (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe or similar); and working with large databases in SQL and SAS
  • Strong technical and analytical foundations, and deep experience of turning insights into tangible actions
  • Understanding of experimental design fundamentals
  • Approximately 5 years of experience working within a similar role within campaign build and modelling. 
  • Previous experience working within a similar role within the Financial Services sector would be highly regarded.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Campaign or Salesforce will be highly regarded
  • Able to engage within a team and with our stakeholders with a business partnering and commercial mindset and approach, based on collaboration.
