Our Broker & gency Distribution division works with a large network of brokers nationally. We deliver consistent, sustainable insurance risk and premium funding solutions for our broker partners and their clients

We are currently seeking a driven Key Account Manager to join our Perth Office to take the next step in their career and develop best in market relationships with allocated Key Account Brokers within the Segmentation program.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage Strategic Account Management initiatives and behaviors including the engagement of key internal and external stakeholders to facilitate both macro and micro objectives which include "One Allianz" divisions.
  • Work with Allianz key stakeholders to prospect for profitable business and take ownership of key opportunities.
  • Achieve customer satisfaction by effectively working with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery of strong service standards.

Skills and Background:

  • Tertiary Qualifications (desired)
  • extensive commercial broker market experience involving segmentation programs
  • Sound knowledge of SME and tailored lines (Property, Liability & Motor) products
  • Familiar with strategic selling strategies/processes
  • Clear and articulate communicator
  • Good negotiation and resolution skills

Your relationship building skills and ability to develop solutions based on a deep understanding of customers' needs and values, will support the team in making business easier.
