Allianz is looking for a Security Specialist - Access Control to join our IT Security team based in North Sydney on a Full Time Temporary basis.

Reporting to the Team Lead Security - Access Control, this position is responsible for reviewing and processing user access requests and investigating user access related incidents.

This role will ensure the timely completion of requests according to the SLAs in place. As a Security Specialist - Access Control you will support team resilience by actively cross skilling yourself across the access control area and promoting security awareness to users.

The key skills & experience desired for this position are as follows:

  • A good understanding of IT Security
  • Excellent knowledge in IT Security Standards
  • 3-5 years' experiencein user account management and security administration
  • Excellent customer service skills and proven stakeholder management capability
  • The ability to deal with a fast paced environment that may encompass changing priorities
  • Knowledge of Windows Active Directory
  • An analytical mind with excellent problem-solving ability

It would be highly regarded if you also have experience such as:

  • Knowledge of identity and access management services and technology
  • Management of third party suppliers, specifically application developers
  • Knowledge of UNIX and RACF
