Change Manager

  • 7-month fixed term contract
  • Identify and manage all aspects of change management related to the HR Transformation project

We are currently looking for an experienced Change Manager with deep change management experience to join our team. The key purpose of this Change Manager role is to identify and manage all aspects of change management related to the HR Transformation project. You will be responsible for the design and execution of the  end to end change management approach and strategy to support adoption of the transformation project.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop change delivery plans that maximise employee adoption and minimise resistance
  • Engage with HR Business Partners to support managers and employees as they with transition to new ways of working
  • Manage the internal communication program for the project information dissemination, including design and development  of communications.
  • Conduct change readiness assessments for key programs of work and ensure actions are implemented effectively.
  • Work closely with our learning and development team to identify and manage training needs arising from transformational change including overseeing the training needs analysis and material design and development.
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change implementation process.

Experience required to be successful:

  • Proven hands-on change delivery experience using change management methodologies and tools that are robust and fit-for-purpose
  • Results-driven team player who thrives on working with others to solve complex challenges - particularly across diverse business units and locations
  • Superior communication and delivery skills enabling you to influence and establish credibility with stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, establishing good working relationships with colleagues at all levels
  • The ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations and across large complex environments, whilst prioritising your work under pressure
  • Demonstrated experience working on a global program where regional change requirements must align to an enterprise-wide framework
  • Professional, pragmatic and customer focused
  • Tertiary qualifications, preferably in business and/or change management, with 5+ years' experience in a similar position
  • Change management certification e.g., PCI, Prosci
