Senior Analyst - IT Vendor Management

  • Plan, schedule, coordinate & execute IT Vendor Management  activities
  • Take  responsibility for managing the IT VM contracts for a 6 month contract 
  • Based in our new offices in North Sydney

Reporting directly to the Senior IT Strategist - Vendor Management, the Senior  IT VM Analystwill be a part of the IT Vendor Management team,   supporting the IT Vendor Management activities across Information Technology division

The design brings our IT employees together in a spacious North Sydney office and creates a central, sustainable working environment. This will include the following responsibilities:

  • Assist with the planning and execution for IT Vendor Management  activities
  • Senior Analyst must be able to plan and coordinate  requests associated with vendor contracts, legal reviews, procurement team reviews and arrange for sign offs from authorised signatories
  • Through analysis of requirements from the IT teams, and able to translate these requirements into requests for the vendors.
  • Communicate the status with the internal stakeholders and the external partners on a daily basis, conduct stand up meetings to plan out activities when required.
  • Draft, revise and execute documents associated with the vendor contracts/
  • Consistently publish status reports and update the work tracker sheet, procurement database and  
  • Ability to independently engage and manage Senior Stakeholders /Dept Leads within IT, Legal and Sr Management.

To be considered for this role, it is essential you will possess:

  • Overall 10+ years of  experience, with responsibilities involving Coordination Support roles in IT, IT Vendor Management ,IT PMO,ETC
  •  Should be proficient in using the  Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - able to independently chair meetings with external and internal teams
  • Ability to support multiple initiatives and take complete ownership of the assigned tasks.
  • Attention to detail, enthusiasm and willingness to learn
  • Excellent work ethics, self-motivated and proactive
