Senior Support Services Officer - all backgrounds welcome

Business Services delivers a market leading customer experience by providing expert professional underwriting and services for Brokers & Agencies, in partnership with our underwriting teams, for Tailored and Agency business.

We currently have an opportunity for someone to join us as a Senior Support Services Officer. In this role you will demonstrate a high level of customer service, working within SLAs and building relationships with our internal customers.  You will maintain a high quality of work and comply with all Allianz and Business Services processes and procedures.

Key duties include:

  • Delivery of a high level of service to internal and external customers in a fast paced environment
  • Responsibility for work allocation
  • Ensuring work is processed in a timely and accurate manner to ensure that monthly targets are met
  • Creating, distributing and maintaining reports
  • Maintaining data in accordance with audit criteria
