This role is imbedded within our Retail Dealer Sales Team, reporting to the Manager, Strategic Programs you will be responsible for assisting the Manager of Strategic Programs and Sales Enablement Manager in managing the implementation, execution and reporting on the AR Monitoring & Supervisory framework throughout Dealer CTP sales division. This role represents the business and will be the interface with the Line 1 compliance team, on behalf of the business.

The role will also be pivotal to identifying and investigating compliance risks and incidents, assessing and monitoring the Authorised Representative network. The role will require the promotion of a strong risk-aware culture through continual engagement and reporting that helps optimise the risk/reward trade off as well as ensure that risk and compliance are a key consideration in decisions and therefore helps achieve business objectives.

This role will also be responsible for performing and coordinating remediation work for compliance incidents, including data analysis and trend identification and reporting. In addition to this, you will also be responsible for development and implementation of risk and risk reporting processes within the Dealer Division.

To succeed in this role the ideal candidate will possess: 

  • Ability to quickly learn new things
  • Integrity and a strong advocacy mindset
  • Experience in general insurance or broader Financial Services
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with confidence reporting to and influencing senior management
  • Strong influencing skills and political savvy
  • Advanced skills in data analysis (Excel)   
  • Understanding of relevant regulatory standards would be an advantage
