Our CTP & Dealer division has built a large share of the franchised motor dealer insurance market and has forged a reputation for delivering on our promises of excellence in insurance products and service to our clients. We supply products to a wide variety of business partners, ranging from major vehicle fleet and broker business to large vehicle manufacturers, finance companies and large dealership groups.

As Allianz CTP & Dealer Distribution Sales Manager you will take ownership and responsibility of a portfolio of Dealer business partners and accelerate growth within CTP & Dealer division by increasing new business, acquisitions and cross-sell results within existing portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading & coaching a high performing state team of Account Managers and training professionals
  • Together with the State Manager NSW/ACT, developing the state sales programs and targets and executing the NSW sales program
  • Managing the development and delivery of industry leading F&I training materials and processes
  • Reporting on all sales programs - including benchmarking and identifying best practice

Ideally, you will possess:

  • Leadership and coaching skills, with a track record of managing high performing teams
  • Automotive and Insurance  experience is preferable
  • Strong influencing & negotiation skills, together with presentation & sales skills
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Self-motivation and high customer service ethic
